A visit of the market (morning AND afternoon) and learning about Thai ingredients
Learning about the Thai traditional cooking techniques
Cooking homemade Curry Paste
Preparing and cooking rice
Cooking by yourself, following teachers instructions

As you have probably noticed that Thai people are used to eat very spicy meals.
Don’t worry, you will be able to choose how spicy you want to make your food to enjoy it better.
Also important remark : Healthy food, no Monosodium Glutamate ( MSG ) added !!!
